REFUND POLICY

To exchange a product, simply message us on WhatsApp at +91-987654321 within 7 days of delivery. The item must be new, unopened, and packed in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will need to ship the product to our address within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we will dispatch your exchanged item within 48 hours. Please note that we will exchange the same design as the one you purchased. Contact us on WhatsApp to process your exchange.

To return a product, message us on WhatsApp at +91-987654321. Please note that returns are not applicable on discounted, offer, or sale products. You may only return non-discounted, non-offer, and non-sale products (without any kind of discount, sale, or offer applied) within 7 days of delivery. The item must be new, unopened, and packed in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will need to ship the product to our address within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we will refund your amount, deducting Rs. 100, within 48 hours. Contact us on WhatsApp to process your return.

To self-ship your order, use any courier service and ship the product to our registered address. Please write the order ID and contact number of each shipment in bold on the return package cover and write "SELF SHIP" on the cover.
